株式会社熊本ぱんだ不動産では、地震発生後、当社がこれまでお取引させていただいたクライアントおよびご相談対応中のクライアントに連絡し、安全を確認しております。
また、当社が運営する以下の宿泊施設についても、地震発生後に各施設の現地確認を行い、建物に被害がないこと、およびご宿泊中のお客様の安全を確認しております。

2026年8月1日現在、3施設とも安全確認のうえ通常通り営業しており、新規の宿泊予約も受け付けております。引き続き、余震等の状況に注意しながら、施設およびご宿泊中のお客様の安全確保に努めてまいります。
なお、宿泊日が2026年8月中のご予約について、今回の地震を理由にキャンセルを希望されるお客様には、宿泊料金を全額返金いたします。
キャンセルを希望される場合は、ご予約いただいた宿泊予約サイトからキャンセル申請をお願いいたします。申請後、当社にて必要な返金手続きを行います。
地震の影響により避難されている方で、宿泊場所をお探しの場合は、当社まで個別にご連絡ください。空室状況を確認のうえ、宿泊料金の減額などについて、可能な範囲で個別に対応いたします。

關於令和8年熊本地震之本公司現況與應對措施
對於2026年7月28日發生的「令和8年熊本地震」所造成的災害，我們謹向所有受災民眾致以最誠摯的慰問。
地震發生後，熊本熊貓不動產股份有限公司已陸續聯絡過去曾與本公司交易的客戶，以及目前正在接受本公司諮詢服務的客戶，確認其人身安全狀況。
此外，針對本公司營運的以下住宿設施，我們亦於地震發生後逐一前往現場檢查，並確認建築物均未受到損害，且住宿中的旅客均平安無事。

截至2026年8月1日，以上三處住宿設施均已完成安全確認，並照常營業，同時繼續接受新的住宿預訂。
今後，我們仍將持續密切留意餘震等相關情況，並盡力確保住宿設施及旅客的安全。
此外，對於入住日期在2026年8月期間，並因本次地震而希望取消預訂的旅客，本公司將全額退還住宿費用。
如需取消預訂，請透過您原先預訂的住宿平台提出取消申請。收到申請後，本公司將辦理必要的退款手續。
如您因地震影響而需要避難，目前正在尋找臨時住宿地點，請直接與本公司聯絡。我們將確認空房情況，並在可行範圍內，就住宿費用減免等事宜提供個別協助。

Our Current Status and Response to the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake
We extend our deepest sympathies to everyone affected by the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake, which occurred on July 28, 2026.
Following the earthquake, Kumamoto Panda Real Estate Co., Ltd. contacted clients with whom we have previously conducted business, as well as clients who are currently consulting with us, to confirm their safety.
We also conducted on-site inspections of each of the following lodging facilities operated by our company. We confirmed that the buildings sustained no damage and that all guests staying at the properties were safe.
・Kumamoto Panda Base Shinmachi (4-1-38-1 Shinmachi, Chuo Ward, Kumamoto City)
・Kumamoto Panda Base Kengun (49-8-1 Kengun 3-chome, Higashi Ward, Kumamoto City)
・Kumamoto Panda Base Semicon Hub (3542-35 Sugimizu, Ozu-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto Prefecture)
As of August 1, 2026, all three properties have been confirmed safe and are operating as usual. We are also continuing to accept new reservations.
We will continue to closely monitor aftershocks and other developments and will take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of our facilities and guests.
Guests with reservations for stays during August 2026 who wish to cancel because of the earthquake will receive a full refund of their accommodation charges.
To cancel a reservation, please submit a cancellation request through the booking platform used to make the reservation. Once the request has been submitted, our company will complete the necessary refund procedures.
If you have been displaced by the earthquake and are looking for temporary accommodation, please contact us directly. After confirming availability, we will consider reduced accommodation charges and other forms of assistance on an individual basis, to the extent possible.
If you are experiencing any difficulties involving real estate or housing, please contact us. We will provide assistance to the extent that the matter falls within the scope of our services.
